Privacy Policy

A clear record of what happens next.

This page explains how Xerostaff Solutions Pvt Ltd uses information you choose to share through the website enquiry form.

We explain where the information goes, how long we plan to keep it, and what to expect when you contact us.

01 / What you submit

The form asks for the work, not a full profile.

Required fields are your name, work email, company, the support type you are considering, your preferred working arrangement, and a description of the work that needs covering. Primary working hours or time-zone overlap is optional. A hidden field helps with spam prevention.

The form does not ask for payment details, passwords, document uploads, or a CV.

02 / Where it goes

One conversation. No marketing loop.

When you submit the form, the details go to Xerostaff’s enquiry email at hr@xerostaff.in. Service providers help us host the website and deliver enquiries to our team. The email address you provide is used so the team can reply to your enquiry.

We use the submitted details to review and respond to your enquiry. We do not send an automatic reply or add you to a marketing subscription.

The website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The enquiry form does load a managed security challenge to screen automated submissions. That security provider may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device signals, hostname, and a one-time verification token for abuse prevention. It is not used for advertising or analytics, and the provider’s own privacy terms apply. If the challenge is unavailable, you can email Xerostaff directly.

03 / Retention

Keep the record useful. Review it deliberately.

If an enquiry does not become a client, Xerostaff Solutions Pvt Ltd plans to keep it for up to 12 months after the last contact, then review whether it should be deleted. This is a review policy, not an automated deletion guarantee. A record may need to be kept longer when necessary for an ongoing business or legal matter.

Hosting, email, and other infrastructure providers may create technical logs or retain copies under their own systems and settings. Their retention periods are governed by those providers’ systems and terms.
